Just like what Mamaw makes! This treat of a craft strikes a surprising resemblance to the traditional dessert while still being all that you love from a well balanced beer. With plenty of fresh banana puree and brewed with nilla wafers, we managed to capture the flavor you crave. The base beer consists of Maris Otter, White Wheat, Munich, and Lactose to capture that smooth consistency of pudding. Who doesn't want a little sweet now and then?

This is a tradional Marzen style lager. Meaning there's biscuit and toffee notes backed by a clean lager yeast finish. Using ALL Riverbend Malthouse malt, 50% of the grain in this beer was grown in Tennessee!

Exploring the Evolution of Fermentation

At Ellebone Brewing, we are more than just a brewery; we are a testament to the fusion of flavor, ingenuity, and brewing excellence. Our Owner and Head Brewer has over 14 years of experience in the brewing industry and has done everything from packaging beer on a bottling line, working behind the scenes with regulatory approvals, and even growing yeast in a micro biology lab. Doing all of this for other companies gave him the competitive edge to start his own brewery while still not stifling his creativity. In all this he still makes time to share his skill, dedication to the craft, and knowledge with his family, and involve them as much as they can stand.
